OSM 7 XSLT or XPath Automator Learing Materials

Hi,

We are upgrading our old P6 to OSM 7.0.3. There are XSLT and XPath Query Automation Plug-ins. Currently we have all our automations written in Java. Can you suggest me a good source where I could learn how to write code using XSLT or XPath language? I would like to verify if it makes sens to rewrite then into XSLT or XPath.
