Whether MSC schema from VCP instance can be exported and imported to another instance ?

We have a scenario where we need to  import complete MSC  schema dump from a VCP instance and  import it into another instance for  testing Rapid planning.

Source instance is NOT having RP installed but target will have RP.

Please guide me on this
