How manny processes should be allocated to FRG Printbin , how many processes should we allocate to O

We currently have a separate concurrent manager called FRG Printbin, the main purpose of this manager is to generate xml reports.After a payrun we then pregenerate our payslips (+- 50 000 payslips) at any given time we have about 2000 requests pending to be processed - as this the pregenerated payslips are kicked off per payroll

Should we have 10 processes allocated to FRG Printbin how many processes should we allocate to Output Post Processor Manager?
Should we have 6 processes allocated to FRG Printbin how many processes should we allocate to Output Post Processor Manager?
