unable to open recovered DB :error:ORA-01152: file 1 was not restored from a sufficiently old backup

hi,

I manage to restored database from veritas backup and restored archive logs as well. after recover all archive logs database unable to open. following error came.

ORA-01152: file 1 was not restored from a sufficiently old backup
ORA-01110: data file 1: '/u30/app/oracle/oradata/GENEVA/system01.dbf'

pl  help to open this DB.
