delivery status has become "Confirmed"

Dear,

The user has already ship confirmed the Delivery for a particular sales order line.

The delivery status has become "Confirmed" and the sales order line is "Awaiting Shipping".

It is working fine before two days, and I know how can i progress, But I don't know what happened?, and I want to know How can I prevent it?.

Note, I have already ship confirm rule, and checked Set delivery in-Tranist, and close trip.
