Q: What's the best configure of Bi-directional CTR using IP CLINK

What is the best practice of IP CLink in Cross Tapeplex Replicator?Currently, we configure both FICON CLink and IP CLink

VTSSA IFF0 -> VTSSB IFF0
VTSSA IFF1 -> VTSSB IFF1
VTSSA IFF2 -> VTSSB IFF2
VTSSA IFF3 -> VTSSB IFF3

VTSSA IFF0 <- VTSSB IFF0
VTSSA IFF1 <- VTSSB IFF1
VTSSA IFF2 <- VTSSB IFF2
VTSSA IFF3 <- VTSSB IFF3

The replication seems work fine in almost time and all queue for replicated VTV could replicate to the partner VTSS then migrate to tape.
However we receive lots of .SLS6751I with CC=5 RC=109 and happen randomly in all IP CLink channel. But not happen in FICON CLink.
