11i to R12 Pre and Post upgrade setup steps for projects suite

 Hi Folks,
Could some one give me brief over view of pre and post upgrade steps along with Period close process  in Projects suite.

Note:- I have reviewed the guide, but it has not mentioned what are the standard reports we need to run for the balances and other comparision purpose.
