WEBADI Upload into Adjustment Periods

Hi,

I want to be able to load Webadi journals into Adjusting Periods, but when in the ADI template there is not the ability to select a specific period.  Is it a matter of closing the periods with the exception of the adjusting period then selecting the appropriate date?  e.g

Period 12 in the 31-Dec-2011 and there are two adjusting periods date 31-Dec-2011.  To post to Adjusting Period 2 do I need to close Period 12 and Adjusting Period 1, then select the 31-Dec-2011?
