Advanced Pricing for Procurement - Order Level Price Adjustments (Direct Ship Orders)

I've done extensive reading and understand that there is no functionality to process order level price adjustments in advanced pricing for procurement.  We have a scenario where the direct ship purchase order is created and receives the same order level discounts as the sales order.  Is there any way to pass a different price schedule to the purchase order other than manually?  Is there ANY functionality that allows for order level discounting on the procurement side? 

We are running 8.12.
