BPA Blanket Purchase Agreement UOM

BPA is in place.  Some BPA releases have been approved.

UOM for the item in Inventory is different from that of BPA.

When a requisiton is being created, the UOM is changed to the UOM form BPA. 

How to default the UOM of the reuqisiton to UOM defined in Item Master?
