Promotion issue in 8.1.1.3 and ACR 474

Hi,

Promotion is not working well when it is tested on 8.1.1.3 + ACR 474 , same promotion work well in 8.1.1.3.

P(service bundle)
--P1(Component or subscription)
--P2(component or subsription)

We have created Promotion like below

Test(Promotion name)
Product:
P ---Min:1 Default:1
Relation:
P1 Default Cardinality:1
P2 Default Cardinality:1

When selecting this promotion at line item level, the below product structure is added,

Test(Promotion name)
P (actual product)

P1 and P2 are not getting added.

Actual Result expected:

Test(Promotion name) -
P
-P1
-P2

When we tried in local db, promotions are working as expected.

We have applied ACR 474 for the Order To Bill and Order To Cash functionalities.
