Moving database from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2 - keep statistics or gather new?

Hi!
First time mover of a database (we upgrade as well). I will use datapump.

Should I include statistics or gather new stats when the import is done?

Any other tips regarding upgrading/moving is also welcomed :-)
