How to Restrict The Transaction Sources And Receipt Methods LOVs to One OU Only

User has an issue when creating receipts in that the RECEIPT_METHOD list of values (LOV) shows receipt methods for all organizations.

How can it be restricted to only show receipt methods belonging to current organization?
