Purchase Order attachments and Formscape/Transform

We at Rutgers University use EBS 11.5.10.2 and Formscape to generate the Purchase Orders. Formscape connects to Oracle database to pull the Purchase Order attachments (pdf, word, excel, notepad, visio) and add them to PDF purchase order generated.

We wish to upgrade the Bottomline's Formscape to Transform and are curious if anyone has done such upgrades and what challanges, if any, were encountered prior/during/after this upgrade?
