Oracle Enterprrize Edition Database - stable version in 11g Series.

Hi gurus,
I am running oracle Enterprize Edition 10.2.0.2 on Red Hat Enterprize Linux As Release 4(32 bit).

We are thinking of move to Oracle 11g version.   We are also thinking of moving from Red Hat(32 bit) to Red Hat(64 bit).
Can someone suggest what version of 11g is more stable and suggest us to move to?
