How to hide time zone in date/time fields?

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question
Hi,In the date/time fields, e.g., the arrival time at shipment stop page, the time is shown in the format of "YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS time zone".
But our clients is not a global company, they don't need to view the time zone information, and the time zone location will also confuse the users.
Anyone knows how to hide this information?
