Lead Conversion Error message- CTE Leading works...but staging does not
We have the latest patch for R19 in staging.
We are attempting to convert a lead to a customer/opportunity and contact and we receive an error message of the lead conversion could not be completed.
The value in the lead pick list field Sales Rep Alias does not exist in the target feidl owner Alias. SBL ODS 50577 -
We also receive a time out message in our staging environment when attempting to convert
THIS WORKS in CTE01 leading environment with no issue - conversion mapping is the same, but it's not working in the staging environment. We just received the lastest patch last night.
