Installbase updates after Ship Confirm with OTM integrated to EBS

Hi,

EBS R12 is integrated to OTM. the scenario I have is as below

0. Item is Installbase tracked

1. Item is ship confirmed.

2. The Invoice Will be kept on hold as OTM has to complete the transit

3. When will the installbase is updated for the item with Customer location? Will the location changed to Customer location once the Item is ship confirmed? Or after Invoice hold is removed (When transporation is completed)?

Please clarify
