Material Requirements - WIP Job Completed - One can change Components

Hi,

I would like to know, Is this the intended functionality in Oracle.

I am able to add new components on a WIP job which has been completed. I cannot delete the components but I can add new components against this job.

We request, if a WIP job is completed, it should not allow addition of new components on JOB. A vaildation need to be done on the status of JOB when we change components. Isn't it the standard functionality? If not is it a BUG?
