Error when Merging Accounts

Getting error when merging accounts. 

Error message is:  "An error has occured writing to a record.   Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check application configuration if the problem persits.  (SBL-DBC-00111).  Error occurs after selecting <Finish>.  No errors when merging Leads.

Environment is running R19 and recently installed Patch 019.035.002.001.

Has anyone else come across this error?
