Are there functionalities in Oracle Fixed asset or iAsset to trace assets like PC/LAPTOP/SERVERS and

Does anybody knows or implemented the following functionalities in Oracle Fixed Asset or iAsset?

 1- Ability to enter assets like PC/LAPTOP/SERVERS and keep track of their counts, attributes and vendor lease information.

 2- Ability to generate advance email notification for assets "PC/LAPTOP/SERVERS" that their lease will expire within a month or two.

 3- Ability to match the lease assets "PC/LAPTOP/SERVERS" to their original PO and or Contract.

My question is that if anybody implemented Oracle Fixed Asset and or iAsset for this capability. Or you have implemented any other solution that you can share with us.
