AGIS outbound transaction date not valid

Attempting to process AGIS transaction but system will not allow accept transaction date prior to organization creation date (which is the system date of when the organization was setup).  Client needs to run prior period transaction but system will not allow the organization start date to be back dated.  Metlalink note 392720.1 states that this is an enhancement request.  Does anyone know if there is a script available that we could use to get around this issue.
