Hello,

I am getting an warning when launching the configurator on a sales order that was entered by another person. For some reason they did not exit the configurator cleanly and I only have the option to view the configuration in read only mode. Is there a process that will allow me to edit this configuration besides useing the origional account for access? Full text follows.

'Some other user is working on theis configuration.

Configurator will be opened in read only mode. Your changes

will not be saved. Do you want to open the configurator?'
