Over usage of non-currency resource

How does BRM handle over usage of non currency resource when  the product is cancelled during mid month ?

Example Scenario:
On Jan 1st , account is granted with a pro-ratable free resource of -500 MB data usage/cycle , assume that  the user consume all -500 MB by Jan 10th and requests  for cancellation of the product on Jan 15th.
