Ask about check database to avoid ORA-600 !

 Hi all !
   
   Sometime, I saw the ORA-600 from alert file. I read some documents and know that it caused by alot reasons. Assume that, I can check about logical and physical by CHECK LOGICAL in RMAN or DBVerify tool and run them per weekly! So do this can avoid ORA-600 ??
