BI Publisher cannot create new or edit Data Model - “No input xdo file path is specified”

This issue happens after we upgrade the OBIEE from 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.1.5. All other services are up and running. Please refer to attached document for more information.We cannot create new BI Publisher data model and edit existing data model.
When creating a new Data Model. Error showing “No input xdo file path is specified”.

Any help please?
