Revenue Generation Error - Billable Flag = No

Hi ,

I am trying to generate revenue for a project, but in the program out put i get the below exception:

                                                 Draft Revenue Generation Eligibility Report
                                                 Unprocessed Expenditure Items Detail

But when i go to the project/task the billable flag is selected, Ctrl billing by top task is also selected.Not sure if i am missing something here.
