OVM Manager 3.0 Fails to Discover Servers

 Hi , 
 
I was trying to discover the servers on which i installed OracleVM Server from my OVM Manager 3.0 . It continually fails with 
OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send Command: discover_status, Status:orag.apache.xmlrpc.client.XmlRpcHttpTransportException: HTTP server returned unexpected status: Unauthorized access attempt from ('155.168.16.35',50395)! 

My Ovm servers are pingable, firewall is off. 

what else could be the reason? Looking forward to hear from you.
