Time Phased By Budget Entry Option - Burdened Cost

Hi,

I want to update  the budget raw and burdened costs for 2 projects:

1) with time phased by budget entry method option setup as GL Period

2) with time phased by budget entry method option setup as None

In both cases the Budget Entry Methods for Cost Enterable Fields is setup as Yes for "Raw Cost" and No for "Burdened Cost"

If I update the budget raw cost amount for 1) after the budget is submitted and baselined the "Burdened Cost" is updated automatically with the same amount of raw cost. In the case of 2) after the budget is submitted and baselined the "Burdened Cost" IS NOT UPDATED.
