Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

We are trying to implementing Job Step Progression through Pre-payroll, (automatic method)

All the setup seems okay, (we use Oracle step by step doc.), but the step progession doesn't move up when it should.

The table F186602 is not populating any step progression data.

Anyone has idea why this table is not populating, and what causes the step progression not moving up?
