Customizable Product configuration not getting saved

 Hi - We have recently upgraded from Siebel 7823 to Siebel 8113 and are facing the following problem:The customizable product configuration/selections made in the configurator session are not getting saved on the click of Done button. On reviewing the log file we are seeing error messages coming from the 'ISS  Copy Service' business service.

Did anyone else encounter a similar problem as well during the upgrade. Looking forward to any pointers/tips to resolve this problem.
