CSD:R12.1.3 Internal Move orders functionality

Business scenarios:

I have two inv orgs(A & under OU1.

created a SR,RO for item X,Serial No 1(serialized at receipt) and performed receiving in org A.It was successful.

Now created internal move orders (ISO,IR) to ship the item X,Serial No 1 from Org A to Org B.It created ISO and IR successfully.

We performed Pick release(in move details provided the serial no) and it says Pick Released successfully.When we performed Ship confirm got an error "The delivery line is missing or invalid. Cause: The pick release activity did not create the delivery lines automatically. Possibly the order is backordered. Action: Release the order manually using shipping transactions and retry".
