Pitney Bowes Send Suite Live Transportation Management System

Hello, 
Has anyone performed integration with Oracle OM/Shipping and Pitney Bowes's SendSuite Live suite?   We have a requirement where a picked order needs to be pulled in PB's SSL system, enter freight charges and weight, and then update it back in Oracle through API or interface.

Is there any how to guide , or documentation anywhere that represents above mentioned flow?
