space used in a tablespace

Hi,

I am using the following to find out when I am running out of space in oracle tablespaces.

       (SELECT tablespace_name,SUM(bytes) bytes
          FROM dba_data_files
         GROUP BY tablespace_name) df
 WHERE fs.tablespace_name (+)  = df.tablespace_name
 GROUP BY df.tablespace_name,df.bytes;

But I noticed after deleting most of the rows in a table space, still have used is high. For example
