Transfer_Status_Code of K in the pa_cost_distribution_lines_all Table

Hi,

Can anyone advise what a transfer_status_code of 'K' means in the pa_cost_distribution_lines_all table please?  We're trying to interface costs back to AP but they are failing with status of K when using sql to query the items.
