Questions on MOAC access control in Sales Application

1.  Please clarify how we can enable Multi Org Access Control on the Leads and Opportunity Screens to control access to only leads and opportunities in their OU?

2.  Does the product search itself restrict items related to the Inventory Organization of the Operating Unit?

3.  How do we allow users to be able to select the Operating Unit for the products?  This field is not available for the users to select.
