AP Remittance Advice Email to Supplier is Funky - Template Issue?

Hello

I have very limited knowledge on BI Publishing so any guidance would be great.  If this is the wrong community, feel free to move discussion.

Our user ran the Remittance Advice and email sent to our supplier who replied requesting that it be in a format he could read.   This is the first time the supplier has complained about the format but we haven't made any changes which leads me to believe it has never worked and someone finally pointed out the email was coming across funky.

We ran a test on our dev instance and attached is what our email are reflecting.  I assume it is a template issue with how it was built or how it setup in our system but I am not sure where to start.
