Clipboard getting corrupted in XE

One of my user is having an issue when doing I copy from a locally run application outside of Citrix and try to paste in JDE within the Citrix environment. When this issue arises, he can still copy and paste data between one JDE session and another. The problem is consistent regardless of the application and has specifically happened with Outlook and Excel .
