Question about LISTENER_SCAN (RAC 11.2)

We have own infrastructure configuration not like default oracle.

All logfiles are in same filesystem (relinked or redirect).

The LISTENER_SCAN start from $GRID_HOME and write to $GRID_HOME/log/diag.....

if I link listener.ora in our $TNS_ADMIN it's OK. LISTENER_SCAN start without troubles.

I try to insert some parameters for LISTENER_SCAN in listener.ora,  for example :

SUBSCRIBE_FOR_NODE_DOWN_EVENT_LISTENER_SCAN1 = OFF

LOG_DIRECTORY_LISTENER_SCAN1 = $TNS_ADMIN/log

LOG_FILE_LISTENER_SCAN1 = $TNS_ADMIN/log/listener_scan1.log

it doesnt work - the LISTENER_SCAN writes in $GRID_HOME/log/diag..... again.
