Product Workspace missing

Hi Experts,

 

                Need your input regarding the below issue.

Customer recently upgraded from 7.7.2.8 to 8.1.1.2 and since then they have noticed that 1 Product is no longer visible in the Product Pick Applets. After spooling the SQL and debugging the relevant select statements they found that the issue is because the Product in question no longer had a Version Workspace - there was no related record on S_VOD for this Product. They don’t have an idea how and why this happened. The issue they are now facing is that ~3500 Customers have Assets with this Product that are no longer visible and this Product can no longer be
