GDPdU German tax audit

Hi

Our office in germany are required to submit data to their german tax authority of transaction in ar, gl, ap for the purposes of a tax audit. I believe this has to be submitted electronically in xml format. Has anyone come across this before or are there any oracle patches to give this functionality?
