Journal Approval related questions

Hi,

I'm getting into journal approval for the first time and I have a couple of questions for which I can't find answers in the documentation so hoping you folks might be able to help me.

Can a journal be amended after approval (but obviously before posting) and re-submitted for re-approval?

I assume that if a journal is rejected, the preparer can amend and re-submit?
