VM3 manager restart

 After a VM3 manager restart,
having server running in the pool, I am not able to reconnect to VM manager .

I always  got this error 

Unexpected error during login (com.oracle.ovm.mgr.api.exception.FailedOperationException: OVMAPI_6000E Internal Error: Connection refused Connection refused
Fri Sep 23 17:27:59 CEST 2011), please consult logs for details.
I can only reconnect to VM manager resetting XE database and repopulate all VM manager....
