When attempting to save a new journal in the General Ledger Enter Journals form,
the following error occurs.

ORA-01403: no data found

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-14400.

Navigation:The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:Responsibility : GL Super User > Journal > Enter > New Journal > Enter the details > Save
