Hi,

I need to customize an iSupport page (RMA functionality) to add few more text fields (with LOV). iSupport pages are coded in JSP, but looks like there is extensive use of AK regions. I could not find out how to add a text field to ibuSRProblemDetails .jsp.
Has anyone worked on a similar requirement, or can guide me how to achieve this?
