During post upgrade step while running Autoconfig it completes with error

 Dear Team,

we are upgrading from 9i to 10g on our EBS 11i env.
During post upgrade step while running Autoconfig it completes with error and the log file of Aotuconfig has the follwing error

I have already set the PERL5LIB=/u02/bhtest/bhtestdb/10.2.0/perl/lib/5.8.3:/u02/bhtest/bhtestdb/10.2.0/perl/lib/site_perl/5.8.3
