BI publisher interactive format drill down

Hi there

I am attempting to get a drilldown functionality working in BI publisher, so I can click on a user name cell in a table on the master report, which then opens another report with details on it. I have tried following http://bipconsulting.blogspot.com/2010/02/drill-down-to-detail-or-another-report.html and putting the url for the detail report in the URL field in the layout editor but the {ISO} doesn't seem to be passing the value of the clicked on cell to the parameter in the detail report.

Has anyone done drill down before in the interactive layout editor?
