Oracle isnatance going in idle state in every minute

Hi Gurus,

I have installed Oracle 11g in my system after that I installed Oracle Soa Suite 11g , till then system is working fine .

After this I installed Oracle workflow client 2.6 and connected to both database and workflow successfully , but the problem is that i m getting disconnected to DB server frequently i.e in every 30 seconds.

1) in SQL plus command prompt :-

             Error message I m getting is :- ORA-03113:end-of-file on communication channe;l

2) In toad :-  Error: Background session could not connect to Oracle

3) I tried to start the services using STARTUP command in opened sql plus window but get
