How do I install OCM on EBS R12 split configuration, shared applications top system?

Hi,
EBS R12 (12.1.1) split configuration:
- database tier: one physical database server
- applications tier: two virtual application servers, with a shared APPL_TOP

All servers are Linux 64-bit. OCM was not configured during installation.

Downloaded latest OCM (p5567658_1035_Linux-x86-64.zip).

I've installed OCM on the database server, which I can now see under the Systems
tab in My Oracle Support.

I understand that each ORACLE_HOME should have OCM installed (has a ccr
directory).

But where on the applications tier do I install OCM? In the shared APPL_TOP,
in both the INST_TOPs, in ORACLE_HOME (10.1.2) and/or in IAS_ORACLE_HOME
