I can't raise an SR?

Hi,

anyone else experienced this? I tried to raise an SR on Friday but it failed with error. Now I have tried again this morning (Monday) and get the same error message.

Unable to create Tech SR. Please send the key for retrieving actual error, 11.09.26-03:42:05.135-4597, to the application administrator
